Copyright & Takedown
1. Respect for rights
Jazzpdf respects copyright and related intellectual-property rights. We aim to publish only material for which the necessary rights, permissions, or lawful basis have been confirmed. Possession of a source file or archive copy does not by itself prove a right to distribute it.
2. Reporting a rights concern
If you believe a listing or file on Jazzpdf infringes your copyright or another right, email jazzpdf@jazzlib.com with the subject line Copyright / Takedown Request. Include:
- Your name, organisation (if applicable), email address, and a way to contact you.
- Identification of the work or right you say is affected.
- The exact Jazzpdf URL, title, or other clear identification of the material at issue.
- A concise explanation of why you believe the use is unauthorized.
- Any documents or authority that support your request, where available.
- A statement that the information is accurate to the best of your knowledge and that you are the rights holder or authorised to act for one.
3. Customer use of purchased files
Purchasing a PDF arrangement does not give permission to redistribute it, upload it publicly, remove credits, or use it beyond the licence described in the Terms of Service. Rights concerns about a purchased file should be reported promptly.
