Privacy Policy
1. Scope
This policy explains how Jazzpdf handles personal data when you browse the site, create an account, contact us, request support, purchase an arrangement, or use a download link. Jazzpdf operates as a UAE-based seller. Privacy questions and requests may be sent to the contact address below.
2. Data we process
Depending on how you use the site, we may process:
- Account data such as your name, email address, password hash, and account/session identifiers.
- Order and fulfilment data such as purchase email, order number, product identifiers, payment-provider session identifiers, and secure-download entitlement records.
- Support data such as the name, email, category, subject, message, and any attachment you submit.
- First-party service and usage data such as page paths, browser/user-agent information, referrer, non-sensitive event data, and session identifiers used to operate, secure, and improve the website.
3. Why we use data
We use data to operate accounts, authenticate customers, provide requested arrangements and downloads, process and support orders, respond to messages, prevent fraud or misuse, secure the service, maintain required records, and improve site performance. Where consent is required, we will request it clearly and provide a way to withdraw it. We will not use customer data for marketing unless an optional marketing programme and an appropriate consent mechanism are implemented.
4. Payments and service providers
Payment-card entry is handled by Stripe Checkout. Jazzpdf does not store complete card numbers or CVCs. The service also uses hosting, database, object-storage, and email providers to operate the website and deliver requested services. Those providers process data under their applicable terms and safeguards.
5. Cookies and sessions
We use necessary cookies and similar session technology to keep accounts signed in, protect checkout and download flows, and maintain service security. We may use first-party analytics events to understand website usage. If optional analytics or marketing technologies requiring consent are added, the site will provide the appropriate notice and choice before they are activated.
6. Retention and security
We keep data only for as long as reasonably needed for the purpose for which it was collected, to meet legal or accounting obligations, resolve disputes, prevent abuse, or enforce agreements. Retention periods vary according to the record and applicable requirements. We use reasonable technical and organisational safeguards, but no online transmission or storage method can be guaranteed completely secure.
7. Your requests
Subject to applicable law, you may ask about the personal data we hold about you, request correction of inaccurate information, ask for deletion or restriction in appropriate circumstances, object to certain processing, or withdraw consent where consent is the basis for processing. Contact jazzpdf@jazzlib.com. We may need to verify your identity before completing a request.
8. Children
Jazzpdf is not designed to knowingly collect personal data from children where parental or guardian consent is required. If you believe a child has provided personal data without the required permission, contact us so we can review the request.
9. Updates and contact
We may update this policy when the service, providers, or legal requirements change. The current version will appear here with its update date. Questions or privacy requests can be sent to jazzpdf@jazzlib.com. Related customer terms are available in the Terms of Service.
