Public Offer
1. Seller and purpose
This page sets out the terms for purchasing digital music arrangements from Jazzpdf, a UAE-based seller. Product details, the selling currency, the total charged, and any applicable transaction information are presented before an order is placed.
2. What is supplied
Each product page should identify the specific digital PDF arrangement, applicable score/parts, instrumentation, file format, and any other material characteristics. Only arrangements that are reviewed, rights-cleared, published, priced, and have a durable PDF file can be offered for purchase.
3. Price, currency, and payment
The price, currency, tax treatment, and payment terms shown at checkout apply to that order. Jazzpdf does not currently offer subscriptions. Payment is processed through Stripe Checkout; Jazzpdf does not collect complete card numbers. The total amount charged is shown before payment is submitted.
4. Ordering and acceptance
By submitting payment, you request the listed digital arrangement. The order is accepted only when payment succeeds and Jazzpdf makes the purchase available in the order/download flow. We may decline or cancel an order where the product is unavailable, the listing contains a material error, payment fails, or the order cannot lawfully be fulfilled. We will not use this right to avoid mandatory consumer obligations.
5. Immediate delivery and link access
Digital delivery is normally immediate after successful payment. Guest download links normally remain active for 30 days. Signed-in customers may obtain a fresh secure download URL for a valid completed purchase. Customer access can be revoked if the order is refunded or where required for fraud prevention, copyright protection, or law.
6. Licence and permitted use
The purchase grants the limited use licence described in the Terms of Service. In short, the PDF may be used by the purchasing customer's own ensemble but may not be resold, publicly uploaded, redistributed outside that ensemble, or stripped of credits and notices.
7. Support, defects, and refunds
If a purchased file is corrupted, inaccessible, incomplete, materially incorrect, or otherwise defective, contact us with your order details. We will assess the issue and may correct, replace, re-provide, or refund as appropriate. Change-of-mind refunds after immediate digital delivery may be limited, but no wording here limits mandatory consumer rights. The detailed process appears in the Return Policy.
8. Records and invoices
Jazzpdf provides a digital transaction record or receipt for each completed order. Additional invoice or seller information will be supplied where applicable or reasonably requested for the transaction.
9. Contact and complaints
For order, access, billing, or complaint questions, contact jazzpdf@jazzlib.com. We aim to acknowledge requests promptly and to provide a clear resolution path. See also our Privacy Policy and Copyright & Takedown process.
