1. About these terms
These terms govern use of Jazzpdf and purchases of digital music arrangements offered through this website. The seller is identified as Jazzpdf and is based in the United Arab Emirates. Product, price, currency, payment, and transaction information applicable to an order is presented before payment. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the service or place an order.
2. Accounts and accurate information
You are responsible for providing accurate account and purchase information, protecting your password, and promptly notifying us of suspected unauthorized use. We may suspend access where reasonably necessary to protect customers, rights holders, the service, or compliance with law.
3. Digital arrangements and licence
A purchase grants a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the purchased PDF arrangement for the purchasing customer's own ensemble, rehearsals, preparation, teaching, and performances. You may print or internally share parts only with musicians and staff who reasonably need them for that ensemble's use.
You may not resell, upload, publicly distribute, share outside the purchasing ensemble, remove credits or copyright notices, or claim ownership of the files. The licence does not itself grant public-performance, mechanical, synchronization, broadcast, or other rights in an underlying work where those rights are required separately.
4. Product information, prices, and orders
We aim to describe each arrangement, its instrumentation, included files, and price accurately. A price, currency, tax treatment, and applicable payment terms will be presented before payment. We may correct genuine listing errors and may decline or cancel an order where a product is unavailable, price information is materially incorrect, payment is not completed, or fulfilling the order would be unlawful or unsafe. Any consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded remain unaffected.
5. Delivery and download access
When a paid order is accepted and the file is available, digital delivery is provided immediately through the order confirmation/download flow. Guest links are normally valid for 30 days. Signed-in customers may request a fresh secure download URL for a valid completed purchase. We may revoke access after a refund, fraud finding, rights issue, or other lawful reason.
6. Defective files, support, and refunds
If a file is inaccessible, corrupted, materially different from its description, missing expected parts, or otherwise defective, contact us with your order details. We will review the issue and, where appropriate, correct, replace, or re-provide the file without charge. If we cannot reasonably resolve a verified defect, we may refund the original payment method. Change-of-mind refunds after immediate digital delivery may be limited, but nothing in these terms limits rights that apply under UAE consumer law or other applicable law. 7. Intellectual property and rights concerns
Arrangements, scores, parts, artwork, and website content may be protected by copyright and other rights. If you believe material infringes your rights, use the process on our Copyright & Takedown page. We may remove or restrict material while a rights concern is assessed.
8. Privacy
Our processing of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy. Payment-card details are handled by the payment provider and are not stored by Jazzpdf as complete card data.
9. Changes and applicable law
We may update these terms for legitimate business, legal, security, or service reasons. The effective version will be posted on this page. These terms operate subject to applicable UAE law and any mandatory consumer protections. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be limited.
